By using BlurMail, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Service Description

BlurMail provides temporary, private email addresses that automatically expire after a set duration. The service is intended for protecting your personal email address when signing up for newsletters, trials, and online services.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use BlurMail for:

Fraud, identity theft, or any illegal activity
Harassment, threats, or abusive communication
Sending or facilitating spam
Circumventing law enforcement investigations
Creating accounts for the purpose of violating another service's terms
Any activity that violates applicable local, state, national, or international law

We reserve the right to terminate access for any device found violating these terms, without notice or refund.

3. Service Availability

BlurMail is provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

100% uptime or availability
Delivery of all emails to generated addresses
That generated addresses will be accepted by all websites or services
Preservation of email content beyond the address TTL

4. Subscriptions & Billing

Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store
Payment is processed by Apple or Google, not by BlurMail directly
Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends
Manage or cancel your subscription in your device's Settings → Subscriptions
No refunds are provided by BlurMail — refund requests must be directed to Apple or Google
Free trial periods, if offered, automatically convert to paid subscriptions

5. Content Responsibility

BlurMail is a pass-through email service. We do not create, curate, or endorse any content received at generated addresses. We are not responsible for the content of emails you receive. If you receive abusive or illegal content, please report it using the in-app Report button or email [email protected].

6. Data & Privacy

Your use of BlurMail is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Email content is ephemeral and auto-deletes after the address TTL expires. We cannot recover deleted data.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sinbad Labs and BlurMail shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption, arising from your use of the service.

8. Age Requirement

You must be at least 13 years old to use BlurMail. By using the service, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

9. Modifications

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the app. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
